Fran Hoover is a delightful, refreshing, classy, experienced, top-producing agent that we are delighted to call one of our trainers at RE/MAX Masters.   Her 20+ years in real estate have trained her "the hard way," and she chooses to share that experience (passionately) with her students.   Her format in class is one of specific instructions and shared materials, steps and outlines developed over her years as a top-producing real estate professional.   Currently, her expertise is in the high-end buyer and seller market, as that is where her repeat and referral business is generated.   She willfully shares her knowledge of working with clients in the high-end, as well as all price ranges, with our agents: new and experienced. 

She describes herself as follows:

"I still have a passion for real estate, which drives me to do the very best job possible for my clients.  When I lose that passion, I hope I have the good sense to get out of the business.  However, I do believe I have a "teacher's heart."  I love to teach!  If I can help a new Realtor achieve success (however that success is defined by that individual); give a hand to one who desires to get the to next level in his/her business; or revitalize one who's experiencing a slump, then I've succeeded!   I've found that, over the years, I have redefined "success."  Now, real success to me is the legacy I leave to my family and my peers."

Although he continues to produce at a high-level, garnering numerous awards in the RE/MAX system, he devotes time weekly to the training classes as well as individual coaching and mentoring on an individual basis with our new licensees.   We are lucky to call Andrew one of our agents and one of our trainers.
