Meet Kristina Hayes

Kristina Hayes has been a licensed agent in Texas since 1995, broker since 2003.   She has held various sales, marketing, and management positions throughout her career.  She is a mother of two young boys and understands the importance of life balance to sustaining a successful career.

A second-generation Realtor and daughter of a successful real estate trainer, Kristina is passionate about continuing education in real estate, and boasts Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designations.   These many certifications have taught her how to train the many levels of experienced (and not-so-experienced) agents in the office and how to effectively lead such a diverse group.

Her favorite aspect of her job is creating systems, marketing, programs and training that develops the careers and lives of the RE/MAX Masters agents.
