“I started as a new agent with RE/MAX Masters a little over two years ago. My first year was a bit shaky, but my second year ended very well. I could never have done it without the training I got from seasoned agents like Andrew Wayne and Fran Hoover, training made available to us through title companies and lenders, and especially the openness and sharing of information between the other agents in the office. I credit Kristina Hayes for setting this up for us and making all this training available, as well as encouraging the positive attitudes of the people. I think it helps to have a large office, and the knowledge and experience in our office is like no other. I also want to give ‘kudos’ to Glynda Darnell, John Bober, and Jennifer Carroll for making our office a more professional, organized, and pleasant place to be. Gina Teague

“I don't know why anyone would have to be convinced!! I'm having a great time and am forging good relationships with many of the agents at the office. I love the Ramsey 'girls' (of course I knew them before), Diana and I are collaborating on several transactions and marketing ideas, and Andrew, of course, is a gem. I continue to get to know other great agents as well. It is inspirational to work with so many successful agents who are willing to share their tips and tools of the trade. “ Brenda Houghton

“To Any New Licensee considering a career with REMAX Masters: Since joining the office, I have been amazed and grateful for the attitude of my fellow agents. Having come from a rather “cut-throat” sales environment where management was only worried about the bottom line and co-workers were viewed as competitors, the spirit of sharing and the nurturing environment has been refreshing and so unexpected. The support staff, also is a “cut above” in attitude and competence when compared to that found in other offices. Diana Squires

I have been with REMAX Masters in Southlake since December 2007 and love it. I cannot say enough about RE/MAX, and my broker has been just amazing to work with. The training has been everything I needed and hoped for ( that was one of my main concerns, coming into the business) and RE/MAX is such a great system to come into, they have everything you need as a new agent. I have not had to waste any time reinventing the wheel; they have thought of everything and so much time is saved in that regards. Press releases, marketing material, training, listing presentations....these are just a few of the things that RE/MAX already has in place to get your business going. Also, RE/MAX endorses Brian Buffini programs which is a system that taught me how to build a real estate business that becomes referral based only. I went through that class just recently and it is incredible. My broker is certified to teach and mentor under the Buffini system so she offered the class “100 Days to Greatness” and it has helped me so much in getting focused on the right activities that will not only jump start my career but sustain a career for a long time, with A+ clients, for years to come. It all has been great. If you can't tell, I am so glad that I went with RE/MAX and my office of RE/MAX Masters in Southlake. The broker makes a huge difference. Allison Parr

I would never have won the award "Rookie of the Year" if it wasn't for the excellent training I have received from the Re/Max veteran agents like Andrew Wayne, Fran Hoover and the attorneys that have came in and taught about the legal aspects of real estate . The training I have received has given me such confidence that I truly believe I am the best agent to take care of my client's best interest in buying or selling there home. What a great opportunity I have ahead of me because of the wonderful training I have available. Everyday as I talk to potential clients, I am so proud to tell them about my association with Re/Max Masters. Vicki Hutchins

I have been attending the New Agent Training, with Andrew Wayne, since March of 2004. Andrew is a wonderful trainer/coach and motivator. He tells you like it is! He can be tough but honest, which is what so many agents need just starting out. Andrew not only makes himself available for 1hr, once a week, he is very approachable whenever anyone has questions or needs assistance.. In the New Agent Training class, topics are covered as needed. It is a round table discussion where agents open up to discuss problems that they have encountered, and also to share in each others successes. Andrew facilitates the meetings by listening, offering advise and resources, and encouraging the class. He motivates the class to get involved and to be creative. There is a great deal of brainstorming and sharing of ideas in this class. Many times there is a great mix between new agents and seasoned agents in the class, making it very interesting. It is now almost 3 years later and I am still attending the New Agent Training classes. I have to say, I still learn something new every time I attend. Most importantly, I leave there with the feeling that "I know I am going to be successful!" Also, I would like to add that it is amazing to me to see the number of recognition awards that go out to those who, at one point or another, have attended the New Agent Training class with Andrew. RE/MAX Masters offers a vast amount of quality training and many successful, experienced, agents who are willing to share their knowledge.
