As a new licensee in December of 2005, my goal was to attend as many training sessions as I could. RE/MAX Masters gave me that opportunity at little or no cost. There were at least two regularly scheduled training sessions per week; but in addition, there were also many other opportunities to learn the "ins and out" of the real estate business. At times, I had some kind of training every day of the week! An experienced agent in our office has a weekly discussion group where new agents can ask questions or discuss problems. He also shows the new agents things he feels might be helpful. For example, he showed us how to set up clients on the MLS Prospect Gateway that has proven to be very beneficial to me when searching for homes for a buyer. Other experiencd agents and the broker at RE/Max Masters, Kristina Hayes, have given us the benefit of their experience by teaching classes on topics such as contracts, staging, intermediary, listings, contracts, open houses, and many, many more. This profession has a tremendous amount of information that is necessary to know in order to do a good, or even passable, job. I cannot emphasize enough how the training I have received at RE/MAX Masters has prepared me to be a better agent! Betty Kithcart

I took a CRS class last month on the RSN system at the office. I was a little uneasy going into it as I didn't know what it would feel like to spend 2 days alone in front of the TV and I know it probably sounds somewhat strange to say this but it was fun. There were enough scheduled breaks that I didn't get cabin fever, and the class moved along at a very fast pace so I didn't lose interest for one moment. The class I took was about building wealth in real estate. To be perfectly honest I selected it because it was at a convenient time rather than I was particularly interested in the course content. Again I was very pleasantly surprised. It was very numbers oriented, so not for the faint hearted but the information was extremely valuable for me personally as well as to allow me to better do my job. I would recommend this class to everyone seeking to expand their knowledge. Sonia Leonard

I want to thank you for having Cheryl Fairbanks give the training class on teams. Cheryl has a wealth of information that she keep acquiring from the top teams in the industry. It is so vital to have trainers that actually have a pulse on the market. Anyone that is considering having a team or that wants to fine-tune their team structure needs to take the class. Any agent that is dedicated and commited to this profession will achieve great goals. You are providing the best training that I have seen in my 23 years of real estate and I strongly encourage my team to attend every class offered.
